Founded in 2004, Mingchi Group — Mingchi Industrial Group and Mingchi Construction Engineering — brings main construction, interior fit-out and electromechanical installation under one contract. Survey, design, costing, production, logistics, construction and handover are all held by one group, so when a project has to hand over on a given day there is one party accountable for it.
The larger the job, the more that matters. A brand opening forty stores should not negotiate accountability forty times; a plant needing structure, fit-out and MEP should not wait on three firms waiting on each other.
What we install, we make.
Hardware, joinery, signage, CNC routing and blister lightboxes — seven workshops, all inside our own 100,000 m² Mingchi park, then packed per store and dispatched against the opening programme. Critical parts are never bought in from a plant we do not control.
Chain fit-out rarely fails on one store.
It fails when twenty stores sit across ten cities and the designer, the factory and the installer are each waiting on one another. The industry norm is to subcontract all three. We hold them in one place, so accountability has nowhere to go.

The group’s headquarters, Mingchi Intelligent Manufacturing Park, sits in Zengcheng, Guangzhou: 36 mu of land, 100,000 m² of floor area, production, R&D and offices together. Brand standards drift between cities because the fittings come from different factories. Ours come out of one park.

Each workshop covers one stage. Nothing half-finished leaves the park, and no component comes back from a contract manufacturer.
